Paint Finishes

There are several different paint finishes, each with its own unique properties and uses. Some
of the most common paint finishes include:

Flat or Matte: This finish has no shine and is used for walls, ceilings, and other surfaces where
a non-reflective finish is desired.
Eggshell: This finish has a slight sheen and is used for walls, ceilings, and other surfaces where
a low-gloss finish is desired.
Satin: This finish has a moderate sheen and is used for walls, ceilings, and other surfaces where
a slight gloss is desired.
Semi-gloss: This finish has a glossy finish and is used for trim, doors, and other surfaces where
a glossy finish is desired.
High-gloss: This finish has a very glossy finish and is used for trim, doors, and other surfaces
where a high-gloss finish is desired.
Textured: This finish is used to add depth and dimension to a surface, it can be achieved by
using different techniques such as sponging, ragging, and dragging.
Metallic: This finish is used to add a metallic look to the surface, it can be achieved by using
metallic paint or by using a metallic finish glaze.
Pearl: this finish is a combination of different finishes, its a subtle iridescent finish that can
change color depending on the angle of light.

Paint Types
